Sure enough, go ahead and tear her up. Since I have free time away from my novel, I'm looking over my MUGEN stuff again. Made a few minor tweaks here and there, but I'm sure there's more to be done. Like I said, break her apart and tell me what still needs to be fixed.

Would choosing me for the question thread be a
unique experience?  I can't really say.

i'm not can but i heard you wanted feedback even though i'm not familiar with this game

pressing y locks her up(gets stuck)
she might need some damage buffering on a lot of her moves given the range
her grab could use more range
her launcher seems inconsistent(meaning sometimes the air chains hit sometimes not)
her spin attack use more priority(so she doesn't get hit out of it)

Proceeding to tear Scarlet apart:
-Her voices. Lolwut o_O
-Her chaining can go backwards and forwards. Adjust it to just go forward. (as in: A<B<C, not C<B<A)
-Her attacks feel all choppy and slow.
-KOF 13 hitsparks with classic KOF supersparks do not sit well together. Find more suitable hitsparks.
-Her superpause goes by way too quickly.
-Her superjump goes waaaay too high.
-I can't seem to pull any of her gun moves.
-You might want to let her be able to move out of her taunt. It lasts way too long.
-Almost all of her attacks are unsafe. Not good. Use Training by Stupa, it lets you look at frame advantage.
-Her jump sound seems kind of annoying.
-Her throw's damage is too low.
-The shading on her palettes looks bad.
-Assuming you don't want the opponent to air recover, it's important to put fall.recover = 0 in the hitdefs of every attack you don't want to allow recovering.
That's what I found after about five minutes of testing. She needs a lot of work. :-\

I have Training, but don't use it often. It is concerning the pausetimes and hittimes, or the CLSNs themselves?

A previous user said she needed to buffered. I'm gonna take a look at carefully fixing that. Don't want her to be too strong.

It's nice to have some useful feedback. I've plenty of free time to fix up Scarlet.

The palettes aren't too much of a bit issue, but I guess I could have someone look at it.

By 'unsafe', it sounds like you're referring to the "guard.pausetime" values on the normals. like '10,5' on her light punch, for example.

I'm referring to their frame data. Her moves almost always leave her at negative frames if they don't knock down.

She's not beyond salvaging. In response to the description, I haven't been playing fighting games too much recently because I've been busy with college and was busy with writing my novel for a while. For some reason, I don't put towards the effort to play much anymore.

Although, that video does give me some insight.
