Just like to say that the fart attacks dont really suit the character but overall this marge is definitley an improvement on the other one thats out there.. and Im glad to see a better marge in mugen personally..

Feedback on Marge:
-Standing HK is an infinite (not when by walls though but throughout the stage)
-The command for the fart attack is really bothersome (Air dash?)
-No Air HK or HK (Same applies for crouching)
-Bad sound rips (Not important but they're so horrible)
-You stole that Gumball reference intro from that guy who made that Mordecai (Mordecai kicking that chicken like fellow, Marge kicking Gumball's mother, similar sounds too and the missing sprite from one part of it also!)
-Walking while doing MK can lead into an infinite if timed correctly at a wall

Feedback on Scooby:
-DEM SPRITES
-Grows double the size comparing from Stand to walk?
-QCF + X -> LP (OR Crouching LP) is an infinite (Not all easy to do since you have to be really fast)
-Only 2 attack buttons and 2 Strikers? why can't all your characters share a good button layout instead of this shit?
-Your choice of strikers are really dumb, okay they're related but you're not making sense in what they can do (and I don't recall Shaggy walking like you sprited him)

The way you make these characters just because it's like "WELL THEY JUST NEEEEEED TO BE IN MUGEN Y'KNOW?"

Stop doing this, your characters are NOT getting better
If I can't be the best, I sure as hell can be the worst.
