Screen has lines threw it...is there a way to disable?

So I have a job with alot of down time and little to do, I play mugen there and I wanted to simply download a MvC2 game. I found this one and it seems to do fine but the screen always looks like that and it hurts my eyes after awhile. I figure since its the only mugen I have that does it, its something done on purpose to make it look like a arcade screen or something. Is this something that can easily be changed in one of the text files by any chance? I really know very little about mugen other then putting more fighters in the game sadly. Thanks

Just a guess, find you mugen.cfg and locate the following line under [Video Win]:

DoubleRes =

If the value after it is 3, set it to 0.

Worked perfectly, thanks for the help. I should really try to learn more about mugen as much as I play it
