Screenpack - additional sprites help

Okay I want to add this feauture to my screenpack.
I want to have big portrait cells.
What do I need to do ?

Depends. Do you need the images to look good when they're increased in size or not? Most of mugen's screenpack features take the "scale" parameter. p1.cursor.scale = 2,2 would double it in size with no real editing on your part. You could do the same thing to the small portraits, but they'd just be double the size. If you wanted them to LOOK better as well, you would have to replace sprite 9000,0 in all the .sff files you have for a bigger better picture.

however that is not what i meant
i want portraits to have their own background - like a huge cell behind portrait

Stick a sprite there. If you place it correctly it'll overlay the BG but not your big portraits. Nothing special about that at all.

yes but how thatll look in coding
I mean i can add sprite but how do I add that to my system.def?
i tried to change some of the existing sprites  and it showed those cells repeating o.O
tried to modify but it either repeats or doesn't show.....
also transparency did not work :(
