Screenpack questions for the new Mugen 1.0

I hope this wasn't asked already, but how will screenpacks work on the new mugen 1.0?

Will there be any differences with the screenpacks already out there compared to the ones that can be updated for the new mugen?

Will there be any changes with the way the screenpacks load up? (For example, Marvel vs DC from the Team Scruffydragon)

How about the SFF, DEF files?

What are we to do when we make screenpacks for the new mugen?
