-Normal mode's EX Tornado leaves him at +3 frames, he can link this into X and combo into it indefinitely. One less frame of hitstun and it'll be fine.
-So apparently MAX Dragon Cannon kills the damage scaling to a point that follow-ups do next to no damage.

Wow, sounds like some pretty nasty bugs...

Otherwise though, I feel with fixing, this is a great addition to my P.O.T.S style roster. His AI's pretty mean too. Makes a fun ally in team mode.

Updated, check first post.

Yes, the Super Sean Tackle problem is still there because I still don't ask for help (:omg:) but I will. I'll leave this update for now because I think it's necessary, but I'll update him or post a patch when that gets fixed :)

FINALLY! Now that I'm done being excited for the update...

-The config file seems kinda vague. The Ryu and Ken options make no sense to me.
-No mention of Hadouken in the readme? :(
-I can't super cancel out of Hadouken.
-You can still link Dragon Cannon after EX mode's EX Tornado if that's a problem I dunno. :-\
-Sean can have multiple Hadoukens on the screen as long as they aren't the same version.
-The FX on the last rep of MAX Shoryu Cannon still shows up even if it whiffs but only during a combo.

- Well, he has 2 stances. Both have some small differences besides his face; the Ken one is faster (same than Jmorphman's Ken) and the Ryu one slower (same than Pots Ryu). I guess I'll just call them Stance 1 and 2 :P

But then again. Maybe you intended it this way. I'm not sure.

- His Neutral MK lacks some converted sprites. I guess using SF3 sprites for it won't hurt.
For now, here's a patch that should fix the Hadouken problem.

Try juggling into it after Sean Combination. That's how I test it.

-P2 can air recover from Hadouken.
-Hadou Burst misses at point blank (tested on KFM).
-You can juggle into EX Dragon Smash after EX Sean's EX Tornado, but the timing is super strict.
-Hyper Tornado has Sean land behind P2 at the end.
-I can't seem to super cancel into Super Sean Tackle.

- If you mean cancelling it off Hadouken, you can't. As senorfro said, you can cancel it off Dragon Smash.

Really digging this version of Sean, nice work brother.  I know it was somewhat touched on before, but do you have any plans on color separating the gi?  I'm tempted to do it myself, but I've got too much stuff going on.

Really digging this version of Sean, nice work brother.  I know it was somewhat touched on before, but do you have any plans on color separating the gi?  I'm tempted to do it myself, but I've got too much stuff going on.
I would love to do that, but I don't know how to color separate sprites so I guess I'd look at a tutorial for that. But yeah, I'll try do it sometime and thanks :)

Maybe it's me, but I don't think that makes sense.  I can understand if you can't block it high but can block it low.
Well, I guess I'll change it that way :P

Well, I'm done with the color separation of Sean's gi. I also separated some parts of his hair/head that shared other colors. I would be glad if someone could make some palettes, here's a sprite with the palette (no fancy template because I don't know how to make those :P):
