Oh man that's a great show, I watch it every morning on TNT.  Never seen the original Buffy show though.

Could never get into Buffy, but I really dug Angel (especially Season 5). Any characters that crossed over from Buffy became immediately more interesting and likeable when they showed up on Angel (Cordelia, Wesley, Spike, etc.), IMHO. My best friend is a huge Angel fan, so I'm considering making him for CvTW if I have time after the poll winners.

Buffy was dumb, but Angel was pretty good. It actually gave Spike some sort of credibility again after he went all soft and shit.

I'd welcome him with open arms in CvTW. I'd love to see what you would do with him.

I didn't see the Buffy series but I watched the original movie, so I'm not really familiar with the character.

Here's something I'm working on right now while I take a break from non-original characters. Dark Nation was intended to be in SHADEs 2 but I dropped him for other characters. I've been working on him a lot though recently, and I've reworked his character quite a bit. Now, Dark Nation is not one man, but a group collectively known as Dark Nation.



The man is Cyril, the woman is Layla, and the dog is Anubis. Cyril is the main one who fights, and as you can see, is an edit of Rorschach's sprites. Solid Snake was an edit of The Specialist's sprites, so I'm just going in reverse this time. However, don't expect him to play anything like Rorschach. He shares the same normals but they have slightly edited animations and different properties. He has completely different specials and supers that use all new sprites and animations. He has the ability to "absorb" attacks and convert it into concussive energy. Layla has no powers but is extremely agile and a skilled fighter. Anubis is the only surviving animal subject of the experiment, possessing nearly human intelligence, telepathy, and the ability to teleport himself and others. During fights Cyril can teleport, but this is actually Anubis making him teleport. Anyway, I will go more in depth into the character's moves and what not when I return my project boards to active. Right now I just wanted to display some sprites and animations.

I wouldn't mind seeing Dark Nation in a SHADEs 2 update. Just going off of appearances (I don't particularly know why) but I peg them as a resistance group.
