I think they made another version of that for the psp recently as well, but it's in japanese.
It's true that if you own a PS3 then all arguments made by those who don't have one are invalid.

I had the feeling that this game was for WII too by looking at how the game plays but I just followed the video's name (But I also had the feeling that this game could be playable on arcades on japan or something like that), also the "Trauma center franchise"? gimme a break! I bet 80% of the people here doesnt even know this game at all...

Reception
In the January 2006 issue of Nintendo Power, Steven Grimm placed Trauma Center and its 9.0 score in the magazine’s review archive, describing the game as “fiendishly addictive”.
IGN gave Trauma Center an "impressive" 8.0 [1]
Official Nintendo Magazine gave Trauma Center 80%.
GameSpot gave Trauma Center a 7.8 out of 10, saying that it "succeeds because it strikes such a good balance between its medical theme and its puzzler roots." [2]
Trauma Center has an average review ratio of 80% on Game Rankings. [3]
Metacritic currently ranks Trauma Center at 81%.[4]
X-Play reviewed this game and its remake and gave them both 4/5.
So obscure it even had sequels released for the DS and WII, OH MY GOD.
so basically its not trauma center because apparently 80% of the people here doesnt even know this game at all.
Yeah, figures.

Edit:
And Guess what? There's a playable character named NAOMI WEAVER.
Again, this isn't for the Naomi hardware plus is a rather old game.

the ace attourney games were not that popular also when the game first arrived to GBA and gained popularity only when got ported to DS, number of ports or sequels != popularity, of course always talking about america, like the mushihimesama shooter which has a sequel and also got ported to PS2 yet not too much people besides it's fandom knows, also I actually posted the vids in the watch section but got moved to gaming, I was actually trying to show a weird game I found like in the "OMG JAPAN PERVER" topic. my second answer was there just to remark that the "trauma center" answer seems too blank as an answer to someone who want's to know which game is/ what's about and looked like "what? isn't it obvious that this is megaman???" when this game isn't popular as the megaman series at all (meh, feel free to change megaman for any other popular game name if desired)
pls

I like how instead of "Okay I was wrong" I receive a "IT'S THE GAME'S FAULT FOR BEING OBSCUUUUUUUUUUUUUURE".

Okay.

I already stated I was wrong in my second reply where I talked about "me following the video's name" instead of reading the whole "trauma center " plot on wiki instead.
pls

Regardless the franchise isn't even remotely obscure, not only it's been around for three years but so far all the games have been localized.

Want obscure? Try the lesser known clone of Trauma Center (Which by the way has been localized as well) Lifesigns Surgical Unit or Blackjack: Hi no Tori hen.
Heck, not medical-related but want obscure? try Kabu Trader Shun, from Capcom.

And well, gg comparing the franchise to the likes of Megaman, that's stating the obvious (A three year franchise vs a 20 year old franchise)

for what I saw and heard so far in some of the vids on youtube this game (at least second opinion which is the remake of under the knife, yeah, I just read all of the wikipedia articles about the 4 games :P) seems interesting and has a good soundtrack aswell, too bad the OST wasn't released. Also seems to be hard as hell but I only saw the X-episodes/stages so far which are the hardest ones

This made me rage so hard back then.
It has an awesome OST (The first game) Oh well, at least you can download a sample from the opening theme and the operation theme from the official site.
Bah.
