The shape with the left foot on Sanji looks to big and oddly made. The color in the cigerette in his mouth needs some grey shading so it won't look like its apart of his mouth and his teeth need some grey shading abit too to add some depth to it. Change the black outline of the hair to a gold-ish color also change the black outline that makes sanji's chin and the black outlining of the ear to a brown same goes for part of the neck. All in all it looks good just do afew changes here and there and it'll look great
The sprites are good, but the right (your left) eye changes shape when transforming, but maybe you did that on purpose.And the SSJ hair could be a bit bigger...I did some really small edits on your normal sprite and modified a bit the hair (right sprite), I hope you don't become angry:Edit: I forgot to put SSJ hair.
Eyes change 'coz he gets more serious. Of course I'm not angry (unless you will claim this sprite as yours ). I only see some hair change and gray shaded eye.
Anyway, I think a bit more contrast on the palette is needed on his skin, but everything else is perfect.On the Seifer sprites without the boots in you first post, I think the left (your right) foot is small, compared to the right (your left) one.
Updated with SSJ2, changed darkened darkest skin color a bit. Working on SSJ3 hair.NOT FOR COPY!! (that's to motherf***ing thiefs).
Im sure newbies to spriting dont know about the eraser trick, you could do this for your sprites so nobody steals them and also so we can critique your spritesor put some kind of logo in the background and repeat it over and over

No, it's like always from opponent side, a little above opponent. I think it was unnecessary for me to light his shoulder but he is not standing fully by side to the opponent.
