Select char problem; just 1/4 of the whole screen O_O ?!?

Hi everyone,
ive dled WinMugen Plus
ok so i thought lets get a hi-res screenpack for it.
So i got this one from EXShadow >

And it worked fine, but when i go to the Fighter select screen it shows this to me:

Its like 1/4 of the whole screen. (If it helps, i got Stretch= 1 in  the Mugen.CFG file)
Anyone know how to change it to full size ? pls help me, im new to this.  :-\

I Also tried a different hi-res screenpack from Ziltama Mugen coruscation, but that has the same problem.

Everything else works ok (select screen is good, stage is good etc. everything is at it should be, except the fighter select screen)
(If it helps, i downloaded Winmugen plus from genjular.mgbr.net.  and the version is MUGEN plus V_0.40).
I tried everything, anyone know the solution?

You need MUGEN+. Look in the Found Releases.

Oh maybe its the wrong version or something,

I have the same problem as this guy.  Does anybody have a download for MUGEN+?

Thanks alot for the reply, but just curious, why "shouldn't you have done that?"  Did I do something wrong?
