I usually receive PMs from newbies asking me how to do something or where to get a certain character/stage/whatever it seems like I look like the king of guy new people feel conformatble to ask... or I'm just one of the many people they decide to send a PM rather than making  athread about it (if it's too simple I either heko them or tell them the right place to ask, but most of the time I just ignore them). :-\

I always try to help new people when they ask me about characters. I put links to mugen creators websites in the descriptions of my videos and I made a small database at my freewebs just them.

I'd never recommend sites like esnips. I would try to post a link to the creators website. If the site is down, I'd tell them to go to a mugen forums request section. This bobby guy didn't want to do that, so he had a temper tantrum and tracked me down here. ^_^

This is the first time that I've received a PM like this at a forum, so I decided to post it and get some feedback on it. Thank you to the people that have responded so far.

Being objective, eSnips isn't always a perfect solution. While 98% of everything can be obtained there, there's always that rogue 2%. You can't get things like Shinsuke by Itorres on eSnips. If someone is trying to obtain something that scarce, you need to tell them that they need to learn how to deal under the table, etc.
