It can be done in less frames if you make the animation more subtle. he shouldn't move his shoulders to much.Focus on the abs. I did lean from that cyclops animation but I didn't go over the top like they did.
ok did a 7th try at this if think he need a little more breathing or needs to be more smother let me knownote the animation looks a bit faster because of the set up on the FF seems to do that

There is no fluidity there. It's like watching a robot breath. Move shoulders, expand chest, move shoulders, expand chest, grow a bit. It should be move+expand, move+expand+grow. You don't do 1 thing per frame you do many. You're just doing 1 thing in each frame and it doesn't work.
yeah I see that now I think I need more betweens to smoothen it more need to rethink this theneither way here another test might not be as good yet
that's a lot better.but th second movement up should be above the waist. there should be not upward expansion below the belt.his coat should not move back and up.just remember no movement below the belt.
well ok then I'll keep tryingBTW here is a random test I did off that GMO reader all I did was zoom it down to the size of my char and reduced it to 32 color res not bad but it looks crappy and needs some work I guess gee I could make everything form Dissida this way instead of my edits this way
