Setting the time on your profile

Okay I really need help on this. I wanted to change the date & time to my area on my profile, but when I did it, it ended up like this:

Then, all over the forum, the times were messed up and it really wasn't what I expected.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm really confused about this.

EDIT: It even happened to the same thing when I view other people's profiles.

EDIT 2: Nevermind guys. I got it fixed. Ingore this.
