I requested this not too long ago, still never got a hold of it ... I'm not sure if there's a particular reason you want this version, but I remember playing with him long ago, GM's is much better, but as a collector I'd still like to have it ... I'll see what I can do about hunting it down for you, because like I said, I myself wish to find it as well!

Best thing I could tell you, is check 4-Shared or eSnips, I hate to do that but that's probably going to be your next best bet!
