so i have been looking around for all the sf3 characters i can find. so far i have found a ton of them, so are ok and others not. what creators have made them the best?give me your opinion. I'm look for each char in sf3 that stay true to sf3 game play. can i get a list of creators?thanks!!

Umihei's is still okay like his remy, I prefer his than homura because of the Light of Justice Super arts for homura will cause some characters to crash the whole Mugen. Umihei's Remy doesn't crash at all.

i do really love your twelve Kung_Fu_Man. the only thing i could complain about is no transforming into other characters.
The only way I figured out how to do that is heavy, heavy interactions with the opponent in terms of coding and whatnot. It's just something that feasibly can't be done.
Give him specials from his oponent, a bit like Rogue by XCB IIRC.
