i was thinkin da same thing dmk i needed a decent zangief hes a decent partner for the sagat i use lol the seans all right too

it looks like sean has been rescaled, but other than than, it looks pretty accurate
it misses knock out, is 92%

Yes, in SF3 second impact.

Question: in screenshot posted on top Zangief is in a different stance... How can I see it in game?

Zangief's 360 with kick should have more of an arc on the second suplex.  It shouldn't go straight up and down.
No intro with Raiden and Eagle? I hope they are in the coding somewhere at least.  Haven't looked yet.

Seans good but I dont think choosing arts works well in MUGEN. Especially when you're playing survival. IMO, every SF3 Mugen char should have all of the arts usable during the entire round, or at least have chooseable arts for the first 6 palettes and all arts for the other 6. Thats the only downfall of this char I think. :P

NHK's Makoto has four super arts options as the round starts, one for each super art and a fourth to have them all. It's a great way to implement both accuracy and "Mugen freedom" IMO.

Yes, that's why I posted in their BBS and asked. They are going to implement this feature in all their SF3 characters soon...
