A huge deviation would be the Proton Cannon.

This is Strider Hiryu in a SF3 style, so i'd image he'd be more Street Fighter-y.
Don't get me wrong, I'm just saying it'd be pretty cool to see what someone could synthesize out of this.

Yes, exactly, Proton Cannon would be as huge a deviation as two fighting styles having to be manually toggled, that's exactly my point.

Strider could easily summon a huge robot satellite to shoot a proton cannon, just like he could easily change stances to perform different moves, but that doesn't mean that he should do any of those things. :charming:

Here is the newest version of stiders stance next to his original MvC stance. Still some stuff to do on this animation mostly small stuff and cleaning up. Hope you enjoy these 15 frames of fun, it's a good preview of the quality I am striving for!!

It has come a long way.

The belt kinda jumps up a little, that doesn't flow too well. I'm sure you'll get that is those erratic pixels after you clean things up. Otherwise, it's a great animation. Keep it up!

Maybe a tiny bit of motion in the hair, just for consistency with the wind lifting the scarf?  Looks beautiful tho.  Very very few custom stances I've seen have that kind of fluidity.

I love to just gaze at that animation. This is some seriously fucking amazing work you're doing. I sincerely hope this project takes off and materializes. Once again, best wishes.

Also, I like the hair as is, but thats my opinion. I can see what RMH is saying though.
All of your Mugen Portrait needs may be found HERE.

I'd like to report two robots on the MFG forums: One is EXShadow. The other is Saikoro.
There should be a Saikoro plugin for Photoshop.

the attention to detail is amazing, but I still gotta say that I prefer the old way the hand moved... It helps it differ from Strider Hiryu that much more (Which is what you said you were striving for to keep it more your own character)... And I still think it looks better... I understand that it's your work, so you'll do what you wanna do, which is perfectly fair.. It's your work and effort... but that's just my opinion.

I know right! It has to be done. Hopefully once he is finished I will have the drive to start another. I do have ones I would like to convert besides Strider.
