The art is awesome ink, although it does look like he's going...O RLY?!  ;P

Keep up the excellent work.

Thanks!

Maybe it's suiting for a strider to have a "O RLY" look, since he would stand out pretty hard in a SF3 Game. Haha

This is really cool! His portrait looks like he's confused as to how you got that camera near him.

Been thinking hard on new moves to give hiryu. I don't feel it would be appropriate to have a ton of mech cats to run across the screen. haha

I have updated a lot of his animations which was kind've challenging. I never looked very close at his animations until now but his sword seems to pass through him in some.(really they are just missing many frames that would show the sword moving from point A to point B)

Also updated original post to show some progress.

The mech cat super could be watered down to just 3 or 4 mech cats running across at the same time close enough to jump over. Or a bigger mech cat that hits more times.

o_O oh god please make my dreams come true and tell me your converting MVC2 into SF3 types

BTW -Strider is a very good start for converting to SF3 ..now Ibuki will have ot work even harder which brings up a question (You think about using some of SF3 Ibuki's movements to blend in with strider's or giving them a special intro?)

True. I am not throwing out the idea of mech cats, but something will have to be done to make them match.

I have been using/referencing Ibuki movements a lot. along with nearly all the other characters in SF3.

The only thing I am sweating is coding...ha

Really wish I knew how to contact GM. I feel he has created the most accurate SF3 characters for mugen.

If anyone knows how to get in contact with him please let me know!

Uh...just throwing this out there: for the Legion super, why not have 3 or 4 of his mechs, as Just No Point said, but instead of all of them rushing out at once ala MvC, you could have them attack one at a time, working together with hiryu for a combination attack. It fits to me, because Strider is about stealth, and the mechs are there to help him out, not necessarily for completely taking down a foe.(otherwise what do they need Hiryu for?) Also, the Ouroboros super could be more like Rose's Ultra II, Soul Satellites, but they fire off one or two at a time until the timer runs out....If any of that made any sense to anyone.

This Hiryu will have as much likeness to SF3 as possible. I already have all the sprites, backgrounds, ect. I will need. Thanks Desmondolds

Updated the original post with some small previews of what I have been working on.
