Street Fighter IV, This is my best favorite characer from SF, long time ago I like to see in SFIII nut Capcom not add this in the game, now I try to make a CPSIII, enjoy

Amazon River: DF, z

Electricity: push continue the punch button  EX Properties

Rolling Attack: ~4$B, F, +  any punch  EX Properties

Backstep Rolling Attack: ~4$B, F, +  any kick  EX Properties

Vertical Rolling Attack: ~4$D, U, +  any kick  EX Properties

Surprise: push 2 kick at the xame time and fowar or backyard

SF$? The sprites look SF3-ish to me. So maybe this is SF4 gameplay then?

Did you get this idea off that artbook picture that happens to have gouken in 2d mode as well... very nicely done dude

The Ultra deals almost no damage (at Max anyway).
The Ultra has an ugly pixeled super portrait that has very bad transparency. What the hell is this abomination ? :S
s.SK misses when P2 is very close, but not when he's a bit further.

Overall, I enjoyed the sprites.

some of your sf4 characters don't work for mugen 1.0 like sf4_ryu and sf4_sagat for instance

The firts time I see SF3rd Strike I say "Wow! new SF...but...where is Blanka? where is Guile, where is M. Biso? that so Alex the new protagonist" the game is really good but I no see my favorite charcter "Blanka" for this reason I mek Blanka in SF3 spriting using the SF4 Gameplay amigo
