I cannot tell if it is the video or the characters sprites that seem so choppy. Anyone try any of these out yet? I am a bit skeptical from just the video alone. I would like to see a decent SF4 Zangief... But if its beta-ish or clunky. I will be just fine with Rei's cvs version.

That's a spriteswap.
Other spriteswaps:
Ken: spriteswap of M.M.R.'s Ken (looking at the other videos he made);
Blanka: spriteswap of a SFII char (easy to know because of the hitsounds).

The others seem to be his (Jose Cuervo = Jose Sanchez?) creations (they also play and sound a bit differently from the spriteswaps, they also feel like alphas/betas).

At least the sprites can be used for some SFIII styled new animations...

To me they had completely broken icons and portraits in the select screen and during the match in MUGEN 1.0, no default.
