well i meant effects, last time i used his characters the effects and sounds were really low quality

You should start making a new topic soon instead of bumping. This thread started as a Len thread, then a Aoko thread, now a Sailor Akiha thread, I'm just saying you don't have to turn it into a 9 Release Megathread, you can make new topics.

Yeah..that's School-girl Akiha for you...Aoko's move used against her but with a twist. I see 9's back on the 1.0 scale..His old characters are good so im pretty sure these guys are as well

I tried to make some palettes for Akiha, but when I tried to open her sff in Fighter Factory, it was EMPTY! O__O

MUGEN 1.0 uses a new sff format. Open it with Fighter Factory 3, it should work.
