Are you asking me if there are other mugen characters with ShinButouden sprites, or are you requesting for permission to use these sprite rips (and SuperMystery's)?

For the first, yes, there are characters which use Shin Butouden sprites (although not my rips :( ), go into the "Does this exist?" topic and I'll answer you there.
For the second, anyone can use these rips (of course for mugen and other non-commercial stuff).

Ah, I wanted to say: my spritesheets are 99,99% ripped. They only miss some sprites I can't rip (it could be a punch, or a kick or a supermove; in other words secret sprites or attacks that aren't used in the game, albeit they are still in its memory). So, if you found a way to rip them, please let me know and I'll update the spritesheets (and the credits of course).
