we all would like a first hand character buy someone that can make a favorite character without them not at least playing like the character and less bugs and fixed animation timing

You know, thinking about it with Viper, with her throw where she shocks the opponent, will that use the default shock animation, or will that require a custom sprite just for that throw? I'd assume it'd induce shock states since well...that's what it did in SFIV (I noticed with the recent SNK Blanka that there's that spinning in air animation while shocked too)?
