I think all of the sprites look well done. But Saiysu's boots do look kinda odd to me. They actually look more like socks.
really nice shades and coloration, did you use the same palette? they look differnt someway...also they look more 'fluffy' compared to the original one, I think it's a matter of resize-style you used.. I think rugal needs more work on his left hand though

Everything is looking good except Rugal's Geese's face and torso. Shading is very 'KOF XII-ish', if you'd ask me.

Yeah Rugal is cool xD (if he were there ) but anyway sprites look ok but you need to put more work on details like face, hands, muscles etc. but those are little gliches, they're still looking very good.

I think c00per covered most of the stuff on his sprites to be considered like KOFXII material, check the screens of this new kof, chara have funny bodys, and also some very detailed zones, and another extremely simple (like Kensou shoes)so... about proportions, I think it's fine
