I love that stick too. If they make them for X360 I would buy one to dual-mod it... It's really portable and doesn't look cheap like the rest of Qanbas.

I myself have a lot of sticks, but no one compares to the Hori Premium VLX... Too bad is not portable... unless you want to look like a character from Saint Seiya with a bulky backpack.

dude VLX is a premium beast, I'm not a dedicated collector so it is way out of my budget (and storage space).
yeah q1 without the desk clamp is very compact, cable is quite short though...

the other Qanbas have beautiful boxes...  ;P

PRoblem is I don't like the designs they have on the top. I'm not too fond of the Hanzis/Kanjis or whatever they are.

I bought the VLX because I was planning on building a Vewlix replica... I never did that, lol. Too much space, too expensive.

I use a glass case and I dust them twice a month. Never tried to clean them with water because I'm scared it might remove the paint. I highly recommand the IKEA Detolf glass case its cheap.

On other news, some figure updates from my own collection:

Finally got my acrolic risers for my Madoka figures as you guys can see, its definitely better than using glasses of water to rise my figures. Ordered the ribbon version of my GSC Homura she should be home in a week or so. I should display her next to Ultimate Madoka. Also I received Koto's short hair Hitagi and GSC's Tsukihi.

I'm a bit careless with my figures so I never really cleaned them, but I think using a soft cloth and then a compressed air duster could do the work.

Continuing the fine tradition of "Show us cool video game stuff you just bought", some stuff picked up when visiting a game shop that reopened plus one thing I got in the mail after getting back from the shop. Still have a copy of Vampire Savior in transit out there.

Oh crap, nice stuff you got there. Those games make go back to the best years of my life: Mid 90's.

Actually, MSH and SFZ were the first two game I played "seriously" on arcade. I remember going as early as 8:00am to the arcade near my school to play on saturdays.

Since we are talking about NES and stuff...

I got this on Sunday; it costed me $30 and it's complete with two gamepads, Zapper and the Mario/Duck Hunt game. It's a complete steal, since the unit it's almost in perfect state. No yellowish coloring on the Control Deck; I wish I could say the same about the pads, but I can find them on eBay.

Now just waiting for Rockman 1 2 3 4 5 6 to arrive home.

Without a doubt!
I was a bit reluctant of buying more crap since I already have a lot of stuff on my place, but the deal was so good I couldn't resist. I bought the NES to a person in Perú via an auction website and I found the Rockman games via eBay. $100 for the 6 is a steal too.

$120 USD, including shipping from Japan (which was about $11). I just happened to be on ebay at just the right time. The last time I checked, the cheapest USA cartridge was like $500, and the cheapest Famicom one was $250. Of course I should add that this cartridge isn't mint or anything, but it's still a miracle that I was able to get it at all.

Cool, I'll keep my eyes peeled. HOWEVER, I am considering getting an honest-to-god Famicom because I heard some games have really awesome soundboards that are impossible on the NES

The NES/Famicom game library really does have a lot of gems in there, although it is worth noting that as one of the more popular systems to get titles for the games have jumped in price over the past few years especially. It also doesn't help that it is harder to find games and the system out in the wild now for cheap; I used to be able to find a few here and there and clean them up for use/giving away, but that's hardly the case anymore.

On the off chance you go into Sega territory later, the Genesis/Mega Drive library is still pretty cheap by comparison and easier to get complete titles for as long as you aren't aiming for certain notoriously priced games like MUSHA, Alien Soldier, etc.

Kill me, but I didn't know about this game and it looks really fun.
I'm looking for Moon Crystal and Dondokodon 2. The later is what I played everyday on my summer vacations when I was a kid and it's from Taito too... the game was godlike.
