I hope Akira Yamaoka will join the team at some point, he's part of the soul of the whole series. His musical compositions made of Silent Hill what it is now, and even when I know there're some composers out there that could do a nice work with the soundtrack, bringing Akira to this game would mean a lot to me
SH1 music can be heard in the demo, hope they can use more of those and make Akira compose a couple of new ones.
Considering Guillermo Del Toro's monster make up and design on past movies, this game its gonna have some awesomely creepy creatures!
