I know, nobody will care about what i say, but Eli doesnt seem to care(In all honesty if there was arguments to be had between both parties, it should just be between Eli and Silentstorm)So why are people making this a more annoying topic than usual? I mean if Eli does not care to point where he comes down here and makes mention of his "creator rights" being ran over... why should anyobdy else?

Through out history thiers atleast 1000 books on that exact word and its meaning. And its universally acknowledged now as a belittling and racist word in several cultures. I dont care how you take its meaning. Read that last line again its a racial word that shouldn't be used. News channels cannot even use it anymore its banned from them by the fcc. sure it does, even though you are clearly trying to say that internet stuff is open source, im pretty sure that isnt exactly true, show me where in the rules of the internet(not 4chan rules, dont want to see rule 34 of ss) that it says being on the internet automatically makes it open source

depends on the wording tho, but I seem to recall it being a callout to whatever he had done and released.
Could be totally wrong but if that is right.. then the thread is wrong anyway and they are NOT portraying the coder wishes.
Which I guess its a thing that can happen on the internet, being that everything floats around and everything, his wishes could have been misinterpreted or ignored by others, the fact that its on the internet and anyone can affect it goes both way, both "protection" and "opensource".

Which means that there is a disparity there. As its common knowledge he was opensource AT LEAST for 18 if not for more, cant recall the sentence now, but i believe it was something akin to "fuck it,use whatever you want from my stuff i dont care" . Thus there is something iffy here.

Well, I got to a GED school, and I call a few of my black classmates getto at times (when they do shit like "Oh yo I'ma buy a loosie") and they call me getto at times (when I say shit like "just duct tape the battery together").

Also if you go up to a random person and call them anything they'll be freaked out.
