what is so problematic about HOW DO I SHOT WEB INSTALL CHAR
if someone doesn't know how to type down some simple file name that is a matter of copypaste they better never touch any machine

if you are so concerned about recommending the best chars then make a simple html file with link to the creators' websites and make some instructions on how to add chars and stuff, if you give them something ready to go that doesn't mean that'll solve the problematic ultimate question WHO AM I HOW DO I ADD CHARS

or better yet update oolongv's bookmarks with what you'd call the best creators

K, i understand. I'm an old kof 94 and kof 98 gamer and for me a god rugal without dark barrier is not a rugal (even they keeped the sayan cutta...). And i know that for purists, the last kof is kof 2000. Before SNK was bought and became playmore...
I have a kyo from sander71113 which is a mix of SNK originals one and have good AI. In others way, i had an hattori hanzo gold edition from (i've not the name in head) which is marvellous but offline.
The problem is to obtain authors agreements... Some guys are "offline"
I will work on a new list.

Yeah, i said drowin for his kamui. I prefer drowin from the other arcana heart creator cause they have better design and got full arcanas power...
But as god's anger said "drowin is shit"... i removed kamui from the list...
Nice to have another advice :).

There is no link between your post and the topic issue. I'm here to see how to create a beginner pack, not to speak with a guy who search conflict.
If you have constructives ideas like god's anger or guilty, they are welcome.

We already indexing all the "how to" possible online, check the encyclopedia section.

No one of your idea is constructive in the objective to do a good beginner charpack.

I never seen anyone hold other peoples creations hostage before, even though P.o.t.S didn't even do anything to you directly, if at all. Now you want to use ZOMG "manners" and "negotiate" to put his characters in a MUGEN pack, that will eventually get outdated?

Packs get outdated, creators websites don't, they stay how the creator wants them. Don't make someone download a whole character pack with .url included, then have the discover they have to re-download again because the creator has made an update to any given character/stage/etc.

I don't understand why you're site is called brokenmugenblah, just use/create your own title, using brokenmugenblah is unoriginal, any "businessman" would know that this is a stupid idea business wise, businessman.

In fact you can just make a topic here, with a plain text document uploaded of creators you believe to be the best and their websites; If it makes you feel better, you can upload the text document to your site. Then you'd be hosting something, hahaha.

There are open source characters for your starter pack. You can put these character in any pack and no one will give a shit.

They are the character's made by Elecbyte and TestP. TestP characters were the test characters for mugen and completely open source.

If you use TesP's characters you won't be a thief. And then those lazy leaching fat little boys that can't figure out how to use the "google" will be on their own to find more characters.

And the best part is everyone is happy. The little fat lazy fucks will have a mugen starter to play with and you won't get bitched at.

TY, we will try TestP chars. We don't want to steal anybody. Just one char by creator and the creators urls indicated on the site, the readme and the release if noobs like a char and want some others by the same creator.
