Tampons and waifus. Yep, this is a thread about Skullgirls (though the latter kinda makes more sense).

-More movement animations and misc animations in and colored.
-All normals roughs are in.
-First Super attack is in.
-The moment grab whiff animations are completed, Beowulf is going into the beta.

tbh I hope the dragon thing is temporary, it looks kinda weak compared to double. Seriously it's not anywhere near as visually interesting as any of Double's other stuff...

That Beowulf stage is so amazing ... something similar could be reproduced in mugen with just smart deltas, to even achieve the 3D-ish effect.

I haven't gotten into this thing yet, but Skullgirls is off 66% on Steam right now, I bought it for like 4,60 euros yesterday,
so everyone that was thinking of getting it at some point (like me); now's probably the best time :)!
These days I'm quite busy but when I have some off-hours, I'll be starting my Skullgirls journey!  :skull:

Honestly, there's a point where patching goes out of control so much it's off-putting. I haven't played the game in a long time because of how my favorite characters kept getting change after change. You leave the game for a month and your character has tons of changes and I no longer want to relearn every change from every character at this point :|

but the only major changes seem to happen in the Beta first...I mean they don't get put in the main game for a WHILE because parity. If you main the beta I understand, but the main game only gets updated when a new character or major change comes out...so like every 5-6 months.
I mean I dropped Fortune because they changed her too much from Vanilla to SDE, but I just picked up somebody else instead.

Given how Double is one of my mains and I only picked her up later into the game's life, I'm pretty happy they changed her up like they did. I played as her in a vanilla version a little while back, and let's just say her command dash being her default dash and not being able to redirect her Toon Town Swag Wagon or whatever it's called really didn't sit well with me.

Is finding MUGEN to be more enjoyable to play when you're not wearing clothes an underrated opinion?

Not true at all. There are several moments where the main game gets updated almost at the same time as the beta, and it happens a lot of times per month depending of their current workflow. I know it because I have both installed so I know when they get updated. Hardly happens only when a character gets released.
