Why the smurf do you want to take a Smurfs character into MUGEN? Granted, Cybaster did it right with his Batman, but most can be completely, smurfing, awful. (THATS JUST ME)

Also, this sounds like a mere, shameless spriteswap (according to the moveset).

Going on topic, as Tediz said, if you can't sprite, just use older sprites, put 1 darker(or lighter) colour in every part(skin, dress and hair) and it will be done. Good luck!
