But she can do any others palletes after all the sprite edit. No need to do it asap

Yeah, the most important thing is to make the sprites. Don't worry, that palette is temporary, that's the palette of Sakura in SFAlpha, I think that is secondary. But I'll create another shortly...

Oh and are you going to convert the fx to KOFstyle too, or use existing KOFfx?

Of course, the fx will be to KOFstyle too.  ;)

Her shoulders during walk forward look weird and as for the palette, the darkest shade of the shirt could be made darker.

I'll try to correct small details and I'll keep in mind your observation.  :)

Very nice for SNK,many chars in Capcom have comic's books style. Whille SNK style are more realistic.

It could because the Alpha series character designs are anime-ish.
The other games don't look nearly as anime-ish, but are still are.

Maybe except SF2.

Since SFA/Z, SF sprites are "animeish/cartonish/stylized".
And KOF stopped being "realistic" since 2k1.
