I don't think this character exists. I've looked everywhere including youtube videos.I'm sure I could with a lot of hard work create a snoopy character but as he would be my first character he would probably be crap. It would be really cool if one of the veteran's could create a Snoopy character. He could have supers where he would be on his house shoting his machine gun, etc...
My bad I should have read the General Rules first. I guess I will try to create him but he won't be as good as if vyn or ddrcreations made it.
