You've heard about JNES right? The emulator that can play lots of Nintendo and other old games and that can be played on mobile too lol.  I was wondering, is there an emulator or tool that can rip the sprites of stages maybe even of characters? I've seen Contra, Supermario stages I'm now trying to get some from TMNT2. And since one stage im making will be the entire stage I was wondering if I can rip them instead of building them from PrintScreen pictures.

Graphics Extractor and Inserter  ---    These really cool programs by Jair rip graphics tiles from an NES ROM and converts them into easy to edit Windows bitmaps. After that, you can use Graphics Inserter to put your modified tiles back into the ROM! Source included.

Ok I tried the animget and it's cool that it can save many pics but actually I was wondering if I can get the whole levels ready. So I tried Graphics Extractor as well as NAPIT but I get some unclear images as tiles like tiny small colorful squares, nothing can be seen in them.
-> wth is that?

I also tried Nintendolator, it has Debug menus that make these 2 windows appear: How do I use these palettes and Name Tables. The Name Table window shows the stage further than where the character is currently but not the entire stage. Any ideas ho can I make these show the entire stage?

Look

It can't. It can only show what's in memory at the moment, and the name table only holds part of the stage, dropping old parts and loading new ones as needed.
Memory was at premium price those days so keeping everything loaded wasn't an option.

Thanks and just 1 thing you may be able to help with. As you can see on the screen the 'Name Tables' window it shows further of the stage and without any characters. Wht is better to do, to print screen the stage from the main screen or to print screen it from the Name Table window? Coz stages appear as small pictures, I just wanna make sure if I use Name Table one it won't be too small or unclear.

well, I'm curious about it, especially cause I need some old NES-SNES char sprites to make a stage for an upcoming WIP

Lol, newbs use 'cry' emoticons, i dont : )

Ok I just compared the sizes of a snapshot taken by jnes emulator and the Name Table done by Nintendulator:

The second sewer pipe you see is further on the stage while the Jnes snapshot covers only the first sewer. Solution: Use Name Table and with few of them next to each other you will have the entire level.
