Whats a good program that will allow me to convert a batch of images to .pcx files. I just want to sprite swap my 98 Iori with the Ex Iori kof 13 sprites.

Photoshop can do it once you make a script in Actions to save an image to pcx. Once you have the script, you can use the Batch command to use that script to every file in a folder. You'd then have to make a second script to have the pcx files use the same palette. Without that, they won't all default to the same colors or even have them in the same spots on the palette.

I use Irfanview on thousands of files all the time.

Paintshop Pro X3, you can record script for more advanced batch process. At file bar, there is also an option of batch process. For me PSP X3 keeps the best quality of PCX files. Snagit it okay, but it messes some pcx files along the process.I can make a tutorial on batching, if I have ze time
