I've had a very difficult time finding these super obscure characters:A Ryu variationAn Akuma variationAny KoF characterA female anime/manga characterDragonclawthese characters are infrequent and seldom seen on the MUGEN front, so I hope you can forgive me for being unable to find themthanks as always

How do we determine if something has been created or not?
