i not change the folder name
in past version says subzeroJUAN, but in the las 2 version i changed it to SoulNinjaJUAN, and i include inside various DEF for each mode, 7 DEF for individual mode, and 1 DEF for soul ninja with all in one

Very good ones, but i have a few questions:
1- Can i access Chameleon and Ermac?
Because i have tried but only get the other ninjas(Rain,Sub,Scorpion,Reptile,Noob and Smoke)

2- Will you do the Cyrax-Sektor-RobotSmoke AIO (something like "Soul Robot MK3")?

Very good ones, but i have a few questions:
1- Can i access Chameleon and Ermac?

2- Will you do the Cyrax-Sektor-RobotSmoke AIO (something like "Soul Robot MK3")?

for ermac you need to select the char with the Z button, i see you can acces Rain(he is start+Z)

and chameleon is a secret mode, you can acces to him in any ninja mode, in the start of some rounds, chameleon appear and give you a clue to unlock him

the robots are a future project, they will be mi last multi-mode char, the next chars will be the other normal mk chars (like johnny cage, rayden,kung lao, etc...)

Oh, so Khameleon is available with the Female Ninja? The Readme says its not implemented yet.

I really like your Soul Ninja.  The sprites are very clear and the moves are well done.  My only problem is that their hypers seem really strong and you gave them 9 bars of special.  They could easily kill an opponent with just 3 bars of special :-\

I'll probably just edit them to have 1 or 2 bars though so no big deal.

but you can use only 2 supercancels
how much you think the damage should be?

and khameleon is available in this version 1.2 of female ninja
make sure you have the last version disponible

Well one thing that makes them overpowered is that half the ninjas have an immobilizing attack.  So if you if you fall for a spear you're not just getting uppercutted but you're getting a hyper for 1/3 of your life.  The SNK example that comes to mind is Foxy.  She's got that stunning needle attack but if you use a super afterwards it's for about half damage.  I say you should add a damage dampener for if you combo or immobolize before starting a super.  Regardless you should probably cut the damage a bit because 3 bars worth of supers can do over 1000 dmg alone...

Oh, also the chip damage on Reptile's hyper is pretty huge.  There's probably some other examples but I can tell you're trying to balance because their attack is set to 60 by default.  I had to tone down Mike Olbrecht's characters myself.

Also do you plan to add ice clone or ice shower to Sub Zero's arsenal?  Just wondering

i notice that noob saibot got only one fatality and not the right one
i dont recall noob saibot going in sumbody and exploding that was smokes

you could make him throw ninja stars like in deception

of tele slam fatality and from Trilogy

or that fatality in MK4 when he kicks him opponets in diffrent body parts(Reiko fatality)

other than that awsome character

the teleport slam fatality from trilogy, i not like it

the stars fatality, for the trows needs edits, and im not a expert editor, the other opcion is use the scorpion trw sprites, but that will see simple

the mk4 needs sprites for each personal mutilation, i want to avoid create masive custom anims, actually are much of them for soul ninja y female ninja


i think in a fatality with shadows, something that eat the enemy
