sound issue

ive recently got a new pc and speakers and since then certain sounds have been extremely low compared to others, mostly basic attacks sounds. is there any way to fix this? i think its my speakers, but im not sure.

you can open the characters cns and change the sound volume to max,but that WILL take a while.
Or buy new speakers.
