When using HR characters such as Mai XIII, HD Streetfighter characters and even DragonClaw myMugen tends to slow down.

Any way round this?

You mean Mugen 1.0?, if so then yes.

Okay, open up your mugen.cfg and under the [config] section change the gamewidth and height

Code:

GameWidth = 640
GameHeight = 480

To that.

The screenpack will look crappy but that's one way you can reduce lag, if you want a screenpack that will look good search for a 640x480 one here
