Tested. I like her so much. :)

There are two things that I noticed:

1) Special moves and hyper moves uses Mugen default hitsparks.

2) The animations of her basics attacks, although they let you do the combo, are pretty slow.

so, these sprites are excellent.

I just have two issues without thorough testing:

1. the hitpause on her basics are too long. It should be 11,11 for everything, 13,14 etc is too long, it disrupts the flow of the game.

2. What's the point of venom blast, venom bolt and venom ball? They're all basically the same move, a straight line projectile. you should either vary them from each other or get rid of two of them, as they're really unnecessary.

You still making she-hulk with her moves from mvc3? I am still super interested in that.

By the way, is her damage a little too high, or did you adjust it to fit her 130 attack stats?

Thanks, i will note your feedbacks and update her sometime later with fixes.
As for She-Hulk, I work currently on Punisher... so i duno maybe in future sometime
I have Stance and Walk animation finished for She-Hulk. Yea her moves are based on MVC3

I really like her sprites, but I'm personally bothered that most of her special moves are just projectiles (two of them functioning pretty much in the same manner).

all of her specials are WAAAAY too safe to perform, if the opponent blocks you can just keep on spamming any one of them.

she still feels very slow, her animtimes seem sluggish. i suggest cutting out one or two ticks on each normal to speed it up.

her qcb+pp super is very unsafe, when she pauses in the air she takes up waaaay too much time allowing to opponent to counter easily.

her hitboxes need MAJOR improvement, almost all of them are unoptimized and are too detailed, allowing for unfair red hitboxes to hit the opponent easily even if she is far away. two or 3 boxes are really all the character needs, 5 or 6 or even 7 on some frames is just too much and can make mugen lag for some people.

all of her crouching kicks' hitsparks are misaligned.

i'll test her a bit more and see if there are anymore big issues

regardless, her sprites are amazing and i can see just how much time you put into them, congradulations on the release

I was expecting pop-ups with her being MvC style. Her standing punch would work perfect as the launcher.
I'd also love to see air moves if it's MvC. The dash and the projectiles should work in the air.

I dont see a problem with the hitboxes. The only thing I noticed is that sprite 200,0  210,0  220,0 are all the same sprite but in the animations they use similar but not exactly the same boxes. Some people object to having the "hole" in the legs. I figure if there's an attack at that exact location for only that small area, it shouldn't hit P1. So the hole can only be a positive thing in my opinion.

Getting some Debug Flood on the 3200 ultra with the afterimage. 
State 191 has a problem with the explod.
You can use Fighter Factory 3 to see all the errors. There's a Red X in the bottom right. Click it and it'll bring you to all your typos n stuff.

Maybe slow down the 6000 animation. When she hovers it's just a little too fast. It should look calm and easy. Not like she's getting a workout from being up there :P

Even with these few problems you've got a really nice character here.
