I knew it, I freaking knew it :D thank you Iwakick. Wonder if he fixed that weird power up activation bug before the round. Cause if that isn´t the case then Spiral will have the same problem. Will definitely test this.

She can still have her buffs before the round begins. In fact, my first time booting her up got me the speed buff.

And all of Iwakick's other wacky crap is carried over here too. Ugh.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

I'm not familiar with this creator, are his releases good quality? Worth giving this a shot over Koldskool's edit of Luchini's Spiral?

EDIT: Guess not.

No, Iwakick's Spiral is at least not as godawful as that other Spiral. It just kills itself with Iwakick's own eccentricities.

Edit: Upon closer inspection, you can config the silly crap out in the MvsC2_Spiral-AI.cns file. It's kind of a confusing that would be in a file with a name that implies simply being the AI script but I guess that means at long last I can have a Spiral that actually doesn't depress me :)

could be a mugen 1.1 issue, but dancing swords do not work.  For some reason, only if p2 does a hyper, then p1 can perform dancing sword projectile attacks.  Must be some kind of enemy, stateno trigger that is enabling the move.  Very weird.

I stand corrected, the error is present in mugen 1.0 as well.  Are winmugen users not receiving this error?

Strange, I am able to do Dancing Swords and their projectiles all I want in 1.0

My problem right now is I seem to be having trouble doing combos that I could do in MVC2. I could've sworn I can incorporate the spiral buster in an aerial rave and I can't seem to do the speed dance corner short kick->heavy kick loop.

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? Really?? Wonder why he putted the config in that file, good cause one thing that put Iwakick´s creations a little down are the intros, winposes and unnecessary stuff. Sorry to say but Koldskool edit can´t stand up to this one, mainly because Luchini´s sucked.

This version pleases me, yes I´m truly happy with this :)

^ Lol ok, keep a shitty and old version of Spiral instead of an overall better version of Spiral. Is all good.

No, its not an overall better version of Spiral in any aspect. The gameplay in itself is horrible, it doesn't even resemble MvC2, the hypers are overpowered. At least Koldskool's CvS-ish arrange is balanced and have a good gameplay, and Luchini's version plays close to X-men:COTA.

I can´t agree with Luchini being better (according to you) than this one, I just can´t assimilate that. This one is miles better than Luchini´s even with some inaccuracies. It feels pretty close to MvC2 so I don´t know what you´re saying. Koldskool edit is different since is quite polished thought it still shares some of Luchini´s problems plus a very different gameplay.

Opinions are opinions so whatever.

If I never cleared the game, then I would have to count to zero. But since I cleared lots of times, I completely lost the count, so I can't count anymore. Do you understand with this explanation, or are you too stupid?

I'm staying with koldskool... never liked the MVC2 gameplay, I was more of a Kof or Cvs type of guy...

There's more problems than just that with my/Luchini's Spiral. There will eventually be updates, but I just moved into a new house and still have a lot to do.

Ctrl+F X-Men COTA
set the value to -1. You still get the win screens on winposes however.

You can toggle them in game. If you are up against her, you gotta toggle control onto her, switch to no assists, and then toggle them off. It appears to be the only way to save yourself from the dreaded Zangief loop.
