His Ken sheet is from Gargoyle's Ken in Mugen 99-to-1.  He "ripped" these when we only had access to CvS through the PS version.  Notice the fierce punch and crouching medium kick. :chloeeyes:

Added Morrigan. Found a way to stick the character in the air so I will get the stuff I accidently cut on Felicia and Sakura soon. My artmoney table is updated to reflect the new thing(s?) I found.

I apologize for the specks that are left from the BG. They shared colors with Morrigan and I have yet to find a method to successfully remove the BG and/or change it's color. The method I used is unreliable and only makes a black bg. Not good for chars like Morrigan here :P

Reuploaded Sakura in CPS2 res. I have to rerip her CPS2 fireballs however. I already reduced the fx size by 1/2 and shouldn't have done so on a few of her projectile sprites. Ah well live and learn.

Can someone rip the sound packs from Namco X Capcom? I want to know because I'm doing a NXC based fighting game, I have all the animation and music file, but without the sound files, I can't complete all the characters.

I'm pretty sure they are and while I don't have any character individual sprite packs, I have, however, found a sprite pack that contains most of the games animations.
I didn't rip these sprites, that credit goes to the guy at www.matmut.free.fr, I simply zipped all of the sprites into one package. There are 2540 sprite sheets located in this rar file and it's about 34.5 MB.
However, there is one problem, I have no place to host the Sprite Package.

@POTS: If you still have my original CVS2 Ryu sprites I uploaded for you could you please upload them somewhere on the net for people? I forgot the file on my server was the sound only and deleted my copy. If you don't have it anymore it isn't a big deal.

yeah, i do  :), they're not clean though
i'll run pcxclean on the ryu sprites and leave the fx as they are for now (they share colors with the bg :\) and send them to someone

If someone "officially" takes over NWM's hosting... Otherwise, just hosting it yourself should be faster, I suppose.

cleaned vega (duh :tongue2:) but, for some reason, some of the fx colors were erased (twice i tried), bison (boxer) and was making the yuri palette
