Ok, as of right now this project is getting nowhere. I've been trying to get somewhere with it, but for some reason, even if I put a butt load of effort and work into it, it doesnt seem to move. I'm trying to create an original character known as the Avatar. Most of you know who the Avatar is (the badass kid with wind powers). But anyway this is how far I've gotten with my project Avatar's Sprites.I'm using Leerekka as the Avatar's sprite base sheet.So, any suggestions?
Yea, basically. How do make him LOOK like the Avatar I mean really, I've been playing around with this guy for days and still no results. You've got any ideas?

Sorry about being so impatient, like I said I had got pissed. But regarding the sprites, I dont really know any other character I could base the Avatar's sprites off of I mean really, who looks like the Avatar? Oh yea, and about the staff, I'm going to custom make a staff for his sprites(shouldnt be that hard figuring that I've got Photoshop Pro and PhotoImpression). But If you guys have any suggestions for another base character, believe me, I am DEFINITELY open for opinions. Well, for one Krillin doesnt have all the possibilites of movement that Leereka has. Krillin is pretty much stiff. I also want to keep the Avatar clean and crisp looking as possible. DBZ sprites tend to look old to me.
I don't think any existing character would make a good base.You should try and make him from scratch.
Hmm... thought about it and doing 200+ sprites isnt really my kinda scene. But I'll happily stick to Leerekka as a sprite base. I'll just let those who actually care about my project know on how I progress on the Avatar.

Yeah I guess I would have to play around with sonson to see how it works. Leereka does look older now that you mention it but I planned to shrink him down or something, I dont know. I'm pretty clueless right now to be honest
