Still, the palette is nice. He doesn't look like he's sick or something what with that pale skin he had before lol.

I have compiled just about everything in the first post. If you guys can, I would recommend sticking with gif files of individual animations, so we don't fill up the first post too much (also, so I don't end up with an image of frames that fall into different categories).

Feedback is more than welcome!

You can remove the Demitri sprites I posted as a sprite sheet. Those are not completed. Just showing what I'm trying to convert.

I'll try to make some gifs of the ones I made.

Here's Akuma's SFA stance with CVS sprites. I took the ones already available(forgot who made them), lowered the sprite count, and fixed the hair and belt. Still needs work, but I figured someone could use these. Of course, it was used for POTS Shin Gouki.

Most won't get why but its done! 24 frames of fun guaranteed to make your Demitri standout from the pack! Frame number is just doubled from the original animation so it should run at the same amount of ticks has normal but look way smoother. I'm sure it will be hard to see all the work I actually put into this... Enjoy

Finally got around to starting on some Cammy sprites. Got the Focus Attack animation blocked out:



I'll probably lose a few frames here or there, and definitely make a few changes to the movement of the braids, but I'm pretty happy with how it looks so far. If anyone has any feedback, feel free to share it.
