TV Blur? So wouldn't TV blur make the sprites look smoother?

I noticed this CvS2. It looks smoother and cleaner instead of all pixellish and rough.
I compared CvS2 and CvS2-Mugen on a TV
Hmm,.. I always thought the PS2 had some kind of filter

Maybe, it depends on a lot of things, really. (Including my motivation)

I would probably consider giving him an extra movelist if the situation calls for it (and if I had the edits), I'm already planning to add a lot of extra stuff to his regular movelist so adding even more would just clutter him up. :P
