I decided my Kid Goku needs a stage of his own and decided to use this image. I already fixed the bottom right corner by cropping the top and bottom.Using Cybaster's tool to make it 4:3 compatible, I need this to be 1280 x 720 with 16:9 support. Though all my results come up mixed.I'm using mugen 1.1b where many stages are supported but I can't make mine work. Is it because the image is 640 x 480 by default from the 80's?
Then why dont you just use Irfanview to double the resolution? you end up with 1280x960, but that'll just give you more jump room.
