I've created a new mugen stage, but I need to increase the height of the floor.
Are there some way to do that?

Thanks

If you mean change the chars standing position (since thats what i undertood from the screenshot)

Open the stage DEF file and look for the area called "Zoffset" just change the value numbers of it,
a lower the value means the chars gona stand at a higher position and vice versa.

I've decreased the zoffset value but the players are to the same level, Now the stage is cropped.
I want see the animated water under the players.

Like Excelstation said keep lowering the zoffset and change the sprites Y position until you get the stage looking how you want. There is no other method.
