Stage making and ripping tutorial?

Anyone know of any stage making tutorials and also on how to rip them from games like street fighter 3?

For the ripping process, either search for sprites around the web (there's a section for that). Or, if you want to rip them yourself, you'll have to use an emulator and most probably Artmoney or Dipswitches to get a good result.

use xgargoyle's sprite ripping tutorial for more reference.

cybaster's tutorial is one of the BEST and complete stage making tutorials of all time, maybe the best, hands down.
