CVS2 stages are 3D stages, for which you can't rip much really, apart from some textures maybe.All CVS2 stages which have been made were done using some screen capture program most probably, cleaning parts, and often using the delta trick to achieve the 3D effect (ie. stages by Caddie, Drex or MackX).

But that was the whole point in cybaster's post, they aren't sprites, they are 3d models! your best bet is to rip them using a screen capture program and take shots and disable different layers and so on.
