Hello again,
I would really like to know, how I can use a still image as a video.
It's because I have made a song with FamiTracker, and I need an image to go with.

The way I've seen most people do stuff like that is to simply take whatever editing program they have, just insert the audio and image, and render it.

Hey, are you making literal baby back ribs?

Keeping mugen stupid

For music I've used windows movie maker inserted the audio and put in a pic it was real easy.

I'm sorry, but I cannot install Windows Movie Maker. Everytime I try to, the setup wants me to install Windows Essentials instead.
Could someone please suggest me alternatives?

Okay, tried out your idea, and found out that I already have Windows Live Movie Maker somehow.
Opened the program and already found the add music option.
However, the option is greyed out and I cannot click it. Why?

Your next question will probably be "why does the music only last a few seconds" or something like that, basically you keep adding the same image over and over if I recall correctly one image=5 seconds but that was how it worked the last time I made an audio only video like 3 years ago.

Ah, okay. Thanks. So since I need an image right away, do you know someone, who sprites in the style of the 8-Bit NES MegaMan games?
Also, does WMM also have the feature of fading out the music? If yes, then where can I find it? If not then what free program can I use and how do I do it with that free program? Thanks in advance!

The name of the program is clearly visible in the screenshot. You need to SEARCH FOR THINGS BEFORE YOU ASK QUESTIONS because right now it looks like you are being purposefully dense.

windows movie maker 2.6, easy as shit, install it and use that
