Strange FF Issue: Test WinMugen crash

I was making my first character with FF, doing moderately well inserting sprites and hitboxes, but I ran into a snag by the time I decided to add his mid punch. Nothing to do with it being his mid punch, I think, though. I can't add any more sprites. I have 91 sprites already loaded with a universal palette so far, and no matter what group or image number I use, the test winmugen crashes every time I run it after loading my 92'd sprite, whether I assign it to a move or not.
I apologize if I missed something about this in the docs or something stupid like that, but I've almost got all the basics done and it's a real killjoy at this point.
I'm creating a character from complete scratch using the ultimate tutorial on YT as a guideline.

Any advice or workarounds, and especially an explanation of what might be happening would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and your time in advance.

Let me know if more information is needed. =)

There could just be an error in your image for the 92nd sprite.  There is no limit (that I've seen) to the number of sprites you can have.  I 've seen characters with over 1000 sprites.  BTW what error does it give when it crashes?

Well, I've loaded two different images, both make it crash.
As far as I know, there isn't an error message per se, it just says "has encountered a problem and needs to close." I'll try a few more ones and see if it will load.

EDIT: All right, I re-loaded another sprite in a different slot, so that part's working.
I knew that there's no limit, just providing the numbers in case there might be a correlation somewhere.
Also, it was 90 images and it was the 91st. :P

And you were right. I really don't know what could have gone wrong in saving the files, but copypasta and Photoshop fixed it. XD

And thanks. =)

EDIT2: Umm... I repositioned the sprites and tested, didn't even add them to an action, and it stopped loading again... This is weird. ¬_¬

The most arbitrary things make it crash... the sprites finally loaded, then the repositioning made it crash, once that started working, now I can't add the hitboxes before the testing breaks. I'm starting at my previous save each time it starts crashing, because I tested and it continues to crash once I save it afterwards. ( duh, but worth making sure. ) I'm really not sure why it keeps doing this, and I can't find the topic about optimizing mugen. Nothing I can see is making it crash. Why would it work, then crash once I start with the hitboxes? The images are obviously fine now if it worked. *shrug* I'm just confused.

Take the elecbyte template and throw it out a window.

Use KFM instead please.

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

Haha... Sounds like good advice. Hate to start over, but I haven't finished even the basics yet. XD Won't be too bad. I don't see how that would be making it crash, though. If the code was broken, it would crash the other times I tested it, too, wouldn't it?

If it's randomly crashing when you add correctly formatted sprites at a specific moment it's because you're using that template.

I believe the air entry 5300 is busted. But it would be easier to throw the whole thing away than sort out exactly what's wrong.

Ah, I see.
Well, thanks for the advice. =)
I'll try again, and see if the problem persists, because then it'll be something I did. :P
